Three steps, start to published.
Entry and publishing both happen in real time while the competition is running.

Enter points and comments
Adjudicators enter points into the system securely during the competition, and record their comments as they go. Placings and aggregates calculate as the points go in, so there is no separate adding up.

Review and submit
Supervisors review the calculated results, add penalty points where the rules require them, recalculate if anything needs changing, and submit. Nothing is visible to the public at this stage.

Publish instantly
Results go live immediately when they are published, and are sortable and searchable by the public from any device.
Step one
Points and comments go in once.
Entry happens in the system rather than on a sheet, so the points and comments are only written down one time. Everything after that is calculated from that entry. Adjudicators record their comments alongside the points.

Step two
Reviewed before it is released.
The review screen shows the calculated results for the event. A supervisor checks them, adds any penalty points, recalculates if a score has changed, and saves.

Step three
Published, and open to everyone.
Publishing is the organiser’s call. Once it happens the results are live straight away, and there is nothing for anyone to download to read them.
